All the permanent employees are requested to submit the information on following points so as to enable the University in making Identity Card. Information is to be providing through the link https://forms.gle/s8rXv6GZNpZZmaev7. The unique employee code for every permanent employee has been generated and available at the University Website.
All concerned are requested to feed his/her employee code through online mode in the proforma. It is to be noted that the passport size photograph and scanned copy of signature would have to be provided in the Google form through online mode within 22nd March 2024.
