3 days Gender and Inclusion workshop at UBKV on 02-04 August, 2023

3 days Gender and Inclusion workshop under Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR) funded project on Rupantar was completed at UBKV on 4th August, 2023. The objective of the workshop was to develop a framework and strategies to achieve an inclusive implementation process for Rupantar across different locations of India, Nepal and Bangladesh. The scientists discussed the implementation goals and strategies like target groups, building network and scaling of the project. Beside the development strategy, an interaction with women farmers group in the village was conducted. The coordinator of the workshop was Prof. Sucharita Sen, School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Beside UBKV scientists, participants from Bangladesh Agricultural University, RDRS, Bangladesh, CIMMYT and Nepal Co-operatives, Satmile Satish Club were participated.
